Everyday, we need to make difficult business decisions, negotiate co-worker and client relationships, manage groups of people, and figure out how grow our company–and that’s just at work. We also have to tend to responsibilities that come with family and home life. These responsibilities require clear headedness, poise, empathy, creativity, and focus. Unfortunately, the way we handle the stress can impair decision making, create conflict, damage relationships, and lead to exhaustion. Essentially, we can become our own worst enemy. But it doesn’t have to be that way!
Through this workshop, you will:
