CNGA's Annual CHREF Golf Tournament Fundraiser

Good Golf Makes For Good Fundraising

Each year, more than 100 CNGA members say goodbye to the office and spend the day playing golf to support the Colorado Horticulture Research & Education Foundation (CHREF). The golfing fun provides critical financial support for horticulture research at Colorado State University and scholarships for college students who are seeking an education and career in horticulture. We invite you to enjoy an out-of-office experience and support this worthy cause. As an added incentive to play, you could take home $8,000 if you are lucky, or skillful, enough to score a hole-in-one on a designated hole - $8,000!

CHREF plays a lead role in developing new leaders and applied science for the nursery & greenhouse industry. Since the mid 80’s, CHREF has contributed more than $300,000 to research and more than $297,000 to scholarships. Why not get away for a day and play golf with your fellow members to help strengthen CHREF!

A variety of sponsorships are available and your support can help us reach our golf tournament fundraising goal of $15,000!

The tournament will be held at the Colorado National Golf Club in Erie. Colorado National Golf Club is the premier golf facility on the front range and host of two NCAA Regional Championships. With 5 sets of tees, the course is playable for all levels. The golf course is spaced over 232 acres of land with strategically placed bunkers and lakes, and only 2 holes that run alongside each other. The elevation changes, water features, and mountain views of Long's Peak and Mount Meeker provide the golfer with a wonderfully tranquil experience. Take a hole-by-hole video tour
