An Afternoon of Connection, Inspiration & Celebration

Join CNGA and your peers for a beloved annual tradition bringing together women from across Colorado’s green industry for an unforgettable afternoon of connection, empowerment and camaraderie. This year’s Women in Horticulture Luncheon promises thoughtful conversation, delicious food, beautiful surroundings and an inspiring speaker!

This year’s luncheon will feature:

Jennifer will talk to us about how growth doesn’t happen in comfort—it begins where self-awareness meets discomfort. Join us as Jennifer explores how leaning into the hard things can uncover strength, purpose, and powerful leadership in horticulture and beyond.

Our Speaker

Jennifer Moss is the CEO and 4th-generation co-owner of Moss Greenhouses, one of the leading greenhouse operations in the Intermountain West. Known for her integrity, drive, and hands-on leadership, Jennifer has worked through every level of the business, combining operational expertise with a bold vision for the future of horticulture.
A graduate of the University of Idaho with degrees in Communications and Public Relations, she transitioned from a career in hospitality to lead within her family business, where values and excellence take root. In 2024, Jennifer directed the launch of the Firefly Petunia for its initial introduction to the world, showcasing her commitment to innovation and market impact.
Jennifer is a graduate of the AmericanHort HRI Leadership Academy Class of 2024, serves as the Greenhouse Segment Lead for the AmericanHort Community Connector program, and is a regular columnist for Greenhouse Management Magazine. Her leadership and contributions to the industry have earned national recognition, including GPN’s 40 Under 40 in 2020 and the HILA from Greenhouse Management in 2023. Jennifer has served extensively through her state association, local and district rotary positions and municipality boards.
Whether speaking, writing, or leading teams, Jennifer brings a fearless, thoughtful approach to growing both plants and people. She’s driven by a belief that when facts meet fear, leaders grow—and that meaningful change starts by showing up and doing the work.
