Registrants must cancel within 72 hours of program to receive a full refund. For CNGA members, the fee for seminars and exam is $120 and an optional $30 for the manual, or $110 for a package deal including the seminars, exam and manual. For non-members, the fee for the exam and seminars is $240 and an optional $60 for the manual (no package deal available).
